Lewis Hamilton Models Experimental Full-lume Ceramic High Quality Replica IWC Pilot Watches UK

IWC Schaffhausen has developed a luminous technique that makes ceramic concept replica watches for sale emit a bright light for more than 24 hours.

The trademarked Ceralume material was created by mixing ceramic powders with Superluminova until the perfect blend was found.

He added: “The development of Ceralume took several years. The main challenges we faced were producing watch cases with maximum homogeneity and meeting our exacting quality standards. To achieve these goals, we engineered a ground-breaking new manufacturing process – tailored to the unique combination of ceramic powders and Superluminova pigments.”

Mixing raw ceramic powders with Superluminova provides a significant challenge, according to cheap IWC super clone watches, because the raw material has very different particle size to the luminous material.

The mix was achieved using a ball milling machine to grind the materials to a point where they can be blended smoothly.
